The Unified Communications of Bank of Jordan encompasses Jordan Headquarter, Palestine Headquarter and some 48 branches. The network was designed and executed to provides voice, video and collaboration for the whole of Bank of Jordan in Jordan and Palestine using the ever-reliable Mitel MX-One & M470. In addition to that Mitel flagship MiCC Enterprise provides the contact centre service for the Bank of Jordan.
